Warrantee - All products are covered with a one year parts and labor service warrantee.  Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any products to our offices.  Any products received without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Policy - All full price purchases are covered under this policy.  We accept returns only within the first 30 days and only if the box is unopened.  After that, we will service any part including labor for the first year free of charge.  All defective parts must be returned to the company prior to new parts being shipped.
